Primaccess

Primaccess is located at 3-12-33/3 in the Ramanthpur area of Hyderabad. It’s a pretty standard setup in a part of town that is mostly houses and small local shops. We don't have a giant glass building or anything like that. It’s just a regular office space where we handle the day-to-day things that come across our desks. Some days are very quiet and we just sit there and get through the logs, while other days the phone won't stop ringing. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly it's just calendars and maybe a few notes taped to the monitors. The air conditioning works most of the time, but when it doesn't, we just open the windows and deal with the street noise. We try to keep things simple and honest. If we can't do something right away, we just say so. There isn't any corporate talk here; we just speak to people the same way we talk to our neighbors. We spend quite a bit of time just making sure the records are up to date and that nothing has been missed in the piles of paper. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We take our breaks together and usually talk about what’s going on in the city. It’s a steady job and we like the location because it’s easy to get to.
