Our place is in Gandhi Nagar, specifically in the Sbi Officers Colony. We are at 1-4-879/72/A. We call ourselves Prem Prakash Builders Llp. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice for an office compared to the busy main roads. We spend most of our time working on building projects around Hyderabad. We aren't the kind of people who use a lot of business jargon or fancy terms. We just like to talk about bricks, cement, and how much time a specific job will take. It’s a small operation here. Usually, it’s just a couple of us in the office and the rest are out at the construction sites checking on progress. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements. People mostly just walk in because they live nearby or they heard about us from someone else. We’ve been in Gandhi Nagar for a good bit now. We know the neighbors and they know what we do. Sometimes we have to work through the weekends when a project is behind schedule. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. We try to keep things straightforward. If you come by, you’ll probably find us looking at some blueprints or on the phone with a supplier. It’s a plain office, but it’s where we get everything organized. We’re just local builders doing our thing every day without any fuss.
