We are a small team and we focus on building homes for families. We aren't a big firm with a bunch of fancy offices or expensive cars. We just have our small space with desks and the tools we need to get the job done. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving to different sites across Hyderabad. We have to handle all the usual things like getting permits, finding good labor, and ordering materials. It isn't always pretty work. Some days nothing goes right and we have to start over on a task, but we just keep at it. We think it’s better to be straight with people. If something is going to be late, we just tell them. There is no point in making things sound better than they are. We have lived in this city for years, so we know how the different neighborhoods work. Building a home is a lot of weight to carry, and we take it seriously. We just put one foot in front of the other every day. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to build houses that work for the people living in them. It's simple, honest work.
