Working at Praval Infotech Private Limited means heading out to Ramachandrapuram every day. Our office is actually Villa No237 inside the MyHome Ankura Colony. It’s out in Medak, so it feels a lot different than the middle of Hyderabad. It is much quieter here, which is nice when you are trying to concentrate on tech stuff. The colony has a lot of trees and it feels more like a home than a workplace. We spend most of our time in the main living area that we turned into a workspace. Sometimes we sit out on the balcony when the weather in Telangana isn't too hot. Being in a villa means we have a kitchen and a spot to relax, which makes the long days go by a bit faster. Ramachandrapuram is growing, but it still has that slightly distant feel from the city rush. Most of the team comes in from different parts of Medak or the outskirts of the city. We just handle our info-tech tasks and try to keep things moving. There isn't any big corporate mystery here. It’s just a group of people in a house with a lot of computers and some desks squeezed into the rooms. We like the setup because it’s informal and we don’t have to deal with elevators or parking garages. Just park the bike outside and get to work. It is a simple way to run a business.
