Begum Pet is a busy place with a lot of traffic, so there is always something happening outside. Inside the shop, we keep things as organized as we can, though sometimes with all the electronics and boxes, it gets a little cluttered. We spend our days helping people who come in looking for specific parts or devices. It is a lot of talking and explaining how things work. We are not a giant showroom with bright lights everywhere. It is more of a local spot where people come because they know they can get what they need without a lot of fuss. Most of us here have a background in fixing things or understanding how these gadgets run. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing.
