Prasanth Mada

I’m Prasanth Mada and I work out of this office near the Hyderabad GPO. It’s a central location, so it makes it fairly convenient for people to reach me from different parts of the city, even if the traffic around the post office is usually a bit of a nightmare. I’ve been at this for several years now. When I first started, I wasn't sure how things would go, but I’ve managed to build a decent routine. The office itself is nothing special to look at. It has some shelves, a computer that’s a few years old, and a very comfortable chair that I probably spend too much time in. I don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, I'm the one who picks it up. It can get a bit hectic trying to manage everything alone, but I prefer it that way because I know exactly where everything is. I usually have my lunch at my desk while looking out at the street below. There’s a tea vendor nearby who makes a really strong chai, which helps me get through the afternoon slump. It’s a very grounded, local way of working. I don't have a fancy website or a huge advertising budget. People just know me as the guy who works near the GPO. It is a simple setup for a simple purpose, and that’s plenty for me to keep the lights on and the work moving.
