Prasanna Projects Private Limited is basically a group of people who handle various construction and project tasks. Our office is often filled with the sounds of people talking on phones and the rustling of large paper plans. It’s not a very quiet environment, but that’s because we have a lot going on. Being on the fifth floor gives us a decent spot away from the street noise of Brundavan Colony, though the elevator sometimes takes forever. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. We’d rather just spend that time making sure our current projects are moving along like they should. Most of us have been doing this for a long time, so we know the local area and the challenges of building things here. We deal with everything from getting materials delivered to checking the work on-site. Sometimes the rain slows us down, or there’s a delay with a supplier, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s a straightforward business. We show up every morning, check what needs to be done, and get to it. It’s a good location for us and it keeps us close to where the work is actually happening.
