Pranith Koncepts Infra Developers Llp is located in Flat No. 2A and 2B at Pn1 Sn 40 in Khajaguda. We are in the S Pally area, which has been seeing a lot of new activity lately. Our office is basically two flats joined together so we have enough room for all our files and the small team we have. We do infra development, which means we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to build on it. Khajaguda is a nice area, but it’s getting more crowded every day. We don't spend much money on big ads or marketing. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing our projects around S Pally. The office is a bit cluttered with rolls of plans and coffee cups, but that’s just how we work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy decor. We’re just local people doing a job. Construction can be a real grind with all the dust and the constant phone calls, but we enjoy seeing something new get built. We’ve been around this part of Hyderabad for some time and we know the local suppliers and workers well. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork and keep our projects moving forward without too many delays. It’s a practical, honest way to run a business.
