Prakash Garments

Prakash Garments is located in Hyderabad at Hno:8-14-5/1, right across from the Miralam Tank in Shastipuram. It is a busy area where the sounds of the city are always present. Most days, we spend our time handling different types of garments and making sure everything is in its place. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for us and the neighbors around here know where we are. We get quite a lot of people passing by because of the tank across the road. Sometimes the traffic gets backed up and we just watch the cars from the front door while we fold the clothes. The sun can be quite strong in the afternoons here in Shastipuram, so we usually keep the fans running at full speed. It isn't a polished office or a big corporate store. It is just a regular shop where we get our work done. We handle the local orders and try to keep up with what people are asking for. There are some old shelves inside and a few wooden tables that we’ve used for years. We start pretty early before the heat gets too bad. The floor is concrete and we try to keep it clean, but with the road right there, it is a constant job. We just provide what is needed and go home at the end of the day like everyone else.
