Potentia Growth Services Pvt Ltd isn't some massive company with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller group working out of this office building. The towers are pretty easy to spot once you get onto Street 1. We spend our time working on various service projects for people who need a bit of extra help with their growth plans. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we are good at. We don't have a lot of marketing posters on the walls or a big reception desk. Mostly, it’s just desks, computers, and people talking through ideas. We try to keep things grounded. When someone comes to us, we just talk to them like regular people. We don't use a lot of business talk that doesn't mean anything. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We like being in Tarnaka because it’s a central enough spot for us. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to do a decent job for the folks who hire us.
