Pollent Ecosmart Buildsys Private is tucked away on the 3rd floor of Sri Sai Vijaya Apat in Malkajigiri. Specifically, we’re in F-6, 189, in the Chandra Giri Colony West area. Malkajigiri is a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with it, but we like it here. It's a solid neighborhood. Our office is up a few flights of stairs, which keeps us moving. The name of the company is a bit fancy, but we’re just regular folks working on building systems. We spend a lot of our time thinking about how to make things work better on-site without spending a fortune. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving. Some days the office is quiet with just one person typing away, and other days it’s packed with people arguing over a technical drawing. We have a lot of samples lying around—different materials and bits of hardware that we’re testing out. It can get a bit cluttered, to be honest. We’re right in the Rangareddi district area, so we deal with all sorts of local projects. We don't really have a big public relations department or anything like that. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to whoever is closest to the phone. We prefer keeping it that way because it’s more direct. It's just a bunch of us trying to build things the right way in our corner of Hyderabad. We don't have much time for anything other than the work itself.
