Polaris Software Lab Ltd Chennai is actually located here in Hyderabad, at G-2, Anu Castle. We’re right opposite the Nrsa Quarters on Road No.2 in Banjara Hills. It’s a very well-known part of the city, and we enjoy the location. Being in Banjara Hills means there’s always something going on just outside our door. Our office in Anu Castle is a practical space for our software work. We aren't about big corporate structures or fancy titles, even if the name sounds a bit formal on paper. It’s a lab, so there’s a lot of testing and trying out new things. Sometimes things work, sometimes they don’t, and we just keep at it until they do. The team is pretty down-to-earth and friendly. We don't use a lot of industry buzzwords when we talk to each other. We just speak like normal people about what we need to build or fix. The view outside toward the quarters is pretty familiar to us now after all this time. It’s a good spot to be because it’s central to everything in Hyderabad. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go from this area. We focus on the software, sitting at our computers for most of the day. It’s usually quiet work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just rely on doing decent work that stands for itself. If you came by, you’d see a bunch of people who care about getting the code right.
