Pokar Brothers

Our shop is tucked away at 5-5-680 in the Gosha Mahal area. It is one of those old parts of town where the lanes are narrow and everyone knows each other. We have been here for a long time, just the brothers running the show and handling whatever comes our way. The building has seen a lot of years, and so have we. Most days start early, getting things ready before the sun gets too high. We deal with various goods, and the shelves are usually packed right up to the ceiling. It can be a bit of a squeeze when we get a big delivery, but we manage to shift things around. People from the neighborhood stop by, sometimes just to chat or ask about a price. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone knows someone else who told them to come to Gosha Mahal to find us. The floor is concrete and showing its age, and we have an old desk where we keep the books. It is not a corporate office by any stretch. It is just a place of business where we put in the hours. When it rains, the sound on the roof is loud, but it keeps the dust down on the street outside. We like the pace here. It is steady and keeps us busy enough without being overwhelming. Just a regular spot in a historic part of the city for us.
