Pmk Projects Private Limited is located in Jagadeesh Nagar. We’re in Flat No. 213 at Pavani Pinnacle Apartment, H.No. 27/04/1026. Working out of an apartment building is actually pretty convenient. It keeps the overhead low and we’re right in the middle of things. We do all sorts of project management and construction work from here. The living room is basically our main office now, filled with computers and rolls of drawings. It’s a bit tight when the whole team is in, but it works for us. Jagadeesh Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside. We usually start the day early before the traffic gets too bad. We’ve been working on various sites around the city, so we’re often out in the field more than we are in the office. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements taped to the walls. We just have a list of things that need to get done by Friday. It’s a practical way to run a business. We know our clients expect us to be honest about timelines and costs, so that’s what we try to do. Just a regular bunch of folks doing project work. The internet goes out sometimes, which is a pain, but we manage. We’re just here to do the work and keep things moving forward for our clients.
