Surabhi Shelters Pvt. Ltd. is located in Unit No. 303 at Surabhi Heights. It’s a pretty standard office space, nothing too wild. Most of the time, we are busy dealing with housing stuff and paperwork. People come in to talk about where they want to live or how the building progress is going. We spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking down contractors. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up waiting around, chatting with the neighbors. We’ve been doing this for a bit now and have seen a lot of families move into their new places. It feels good when a project finally wraps up and people get their keys. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything. Just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We try to be honest with people about timelines, even if it’s not what they want to hear. Building things takes time and there are always delays you don't expect. We just deal with them as they come up. We like being here in this building because it’s central. You can usually find someone here from early morning until late evening. It’s just us doing our thing, trying to get families into homes without too much fuss.
