Platina Developers Private Limited is based out of Flat No 3A in Venkata Sai Heights. We are located in MLA Colony, specifically on Road No 12 in Banjara Hills. Even though the address sounds a bit fancy, our office is pretty simple and down to earth. We spend most of our time looking at site maps and talking to the guys out in the field. Being a developer means a lot of waiting for things to happen and then suddenly everything happens at once. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us trying to build decent buildings where people can live or work. We’ve been in the Banjara Hills area for some time and have watched the skyline change quite a bit. Sometimes the weather slows us down or there’s a delay with the concrete delivery, but that’s just how this business goes. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to be honest about how long things take and what the costs are going to be for the project. Our neighbors in the building are nice, and it’s a good spot to work from. There’s usually a pot of tea going and a lot of talk about the next steps for our current projects. We are just regular people who happened to get into the development game and stuck with it through the ups and downs of the market.
