Our office for Placewell Hrd Constultant is located at Plot Number 118 C in Vengalarao Nagar. If you are familiar with this part of Hyderabad, you probably know that it is a mix of residential houses and small commercial offices like ours. We chose this location because it is a bit more relaxed than the city center, though it still gets its fair share of traffic during the rush hours. The building itself is a simple structure and we occupy a modest space inside. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive decorations in the lobby. It’s just a place where we come to get our HR work done every day. We spend a lot of time reviewing documents and talking to various people who are looking for guidance. Some days the office is very quiet, and other days it feels like everyone is calling at once. We just handle it as it comes. There are some nice local spots nearby where we go for a tea break or to grab some lunch. Being in Vengalarao Nagar for a while now, we have gotten to know the neighborhood and the other people working on this street. It feels like a very grounded place to run a business. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. It is just a handful of us working together to keep things moving. We try to be honest and straightforward with everyone who walks through our door. It is not a glamorous job, but it is important work and we are happy to be doing it from this plot in Hyderabad.
