PIR CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is based out of Gajularamaram, over in the Qutbullapur area. We are located at house number 5-25-292/1 in Sri Ram Nagar, which is a busy part of Jeedimetla. The office is actually care of Kairamkonda Lakshmi, so it’s got a very personal, local feel to it. We aren't some massive corporation with glass walls; it’s more of a neighborhood setup here in Hyderabad. Being in Medchal Tirumalagiri means we see the city changing quite a bit. Every day we just show up and handle the construction side of things. It involves a lot of phone calls, checking on materials, and making sure the sites are moving along. People around here know us as just another local business trying to make things work. It gets dusty and loud sometimes because of all the growth in Telangana-500055, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us sitting in the office, looking over plans and talking to workers. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. If there’s a problem, we just try to fix it. That’s how we’ve always operated in this part of town. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy and grounded. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us right now and don't worry about much else. We just want to get things done.
