Accurate Moulding Enterprises

You can find us at Plot No C 9 10 in the Vigneshwara Industrial Complex. This is part of Phase I in Ida Jeedimetla, which is a big industrial zone. We do moulding work here. It involves a lot of machines and moulds that we have to set up very carefully. If the temperature isn't right or the pressure is off, the parts don't come out correctly. We spend a lot of time just watching the machines and making small adjustments. The floor is usually covered with scraps or plastic bits, but we sweep up at the end of every shift. It’s a noisy place with the hum of the presses running all day. We aren't a giant corporation, just a medium-sized enterprise trying to keep things running smoothly. Most of us have worked here for years and we know the quirks of each machine. Sometimes a mould gets stuck or a part breaks, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it instead of producing. That’s just part of the job. We have a small office area for the paperwork, but most of the time is spent on the shop floor. The industrial complex is always busy with trucks and workers moving around. We just focus on our own plots and making sure the items we mould are what the customers asked for. It’s a straightforward business without any bells and whistles.
