Vijay Plastic Industries

You can find Vijay Plastic Industries at 13/1 on Sifco Road in the Moosapet area. We have been working out of this same building for a long time and it has become a second home to us. It is a basic setup where we handle various plastic manufacturing tasks throughout the week. The machines run pretty much all day and the air inside can get quite warm, especially during the summer months. Moosapet is a decent place for a business like ours because it is accessible for our suppliers. We do not have any marketing people or a fancy website to show off. We just focus on the production side and making sure the orders are filled correctly. Sometimes Sifco Road gets really crowded with parked trucks and cars, which makes it a bit tricky for our deliveries, but we always find a way to make it work. Our team is small, just a few local men who know how to operate the extruders and molds without needing much supervision. We keep a lot of our raw material stacked up near the front entrance for easy access. It might look a little messy to someone passing by, but we know exactly where every bag is stored. We do not use any complicated computer systems here, just a lot of manual labor and checking the items by hand. It is just a simple, practical way to run a plastic shop and we like the routine.
