We are based on the 4th and 5th floors of the Krishe Sapphire building in Hitech City. Even though it’s a big building, our actual office feels pretty grounded. We work on software that helps out in the pharma industry. It’s a lot of technical work and keeping track of regulations. The view from the windows is mostly other office buildings and construction. We have a lot of desks and some meeting rooms that we use when we need to talk things through. The air conditioning is always a bit too cold, so most of us keep sweaters at our desks. It’s a professional enough environment but we aren't formal. You won't see many people in suits here. We usually wear jeans and t-shirts. The pantry is where most of the socializing happens over tea. We’ve got a good group of people who have been with us for years. We don't do much advertising. Most of our work comes from long-term contracts we’ve had for a long time. It’s a steady pace of work. Sometimes things get hectic when there’s a new release, but mostly it’s just the daily grind of checking data and fixing bugs. We take the elevator down together at the end of the shift. It’s a nice place to be, even if the commute to Hitech City is a bit of a slog every morning. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to be helpful.
