Peram Amodhaa Infra Private Limited

We've been operating out of the Manjeera Majestic Commercial Complex on JNTU Road for a while now. Most people around KPHB know the building, it's pretty busy and has a lot of shops. Peram Amodhaa Infra is just a small team of us working on various building projects around the city. We spend a lot of time at our desks in room 705 or out on sites checking on progress. It gets pretty hectic sometimes with all the paperwork and site visits. Hyderabad is changing fast, and we’re just trying to keep up with the local demand. We aren't a huge fancy office with coffee machines everywhere, just some desks and old files. Most days involve talking to contractors on the phone and checking on materials that were supposed to arrive yesterday. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. The traffic on JNTU Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually get in early to beat the crowd. We’ve seen a lot of growth in this part of Telangana. People come in and out of the office all day, sometimes without an appointment. We try to stay organized, but with so many drawings and permits, things get cluttered. It's just how we work here. If you're looking for us, we're right there in the complex. We don't do much advertising; most people just hear about us through word of mouth or see our signs up at construction sites. It’s a straightforward business, really.
