Per Sft Build Private Limited is based in Flat 504 at Adithya Homes. We are on Plot No. 7-8-9 in Adithya Nagar. If you know where Jntu is in Kukatpally, we are right opposite that. It’s a very busy part of Hyderabad. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at our computer screens or stacks of papers. We’ve been in Kukatpally for a while and we like the energy here. It’s a lot of students and families and constant movement. Our office isn't a big corporate suite. It’s a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It makes it feel a bit more comfortable for everyone. We handle building projects and construction details. Most days involve a lot of math and double-checking measurements. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We just do the work. The traffic near Jntu can be a nightmare sometimes, so we usually get in early to beat the rush. We are just a local team trying to make things work in the construction world. We use everyday language and don't try to sound more important than we are. If you’re around Adithya Nagar, you might see us out for lunch. We are just regular people working out of a flat, trying to get things built right.
