PENDAM CONSTRUCTIONS AND INTERIORS is a small outfit located at H.NO.4-6-137/22/B in East Sai Nagar, Kukatpally. We do a bit of everything, from the basic construction work to the interior finishing. Our place is usually full of samples—bits of wood, tile pieces, and paint swatches. It can get a little disorganized when we are busy, but we know where everything is. Being in Kukatpally means we are right in the thick of things. We started this because we liked building things. It wasn't about some big vision, just about having a job that we were good at. Most of our days are split between the office and whatever house or building we are working on at the time. We see a lot of sawdust and wet cement. It’s a physical job and it wears you out by the end of the week. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. We just talk to our clients directly. If there’s a problem with a cabinet or a wall, we go out and look at it ourselves. It’s a simple way of running a business, but it works for us. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and we like being part of the local community. We just take one job at a time and try to do an honest day's work without making things more complicated than they need to be.
