Out here in the Cherlapalli Industrial Area, things move pretty fast. We are located at units 15 and 19 in Phase-II, not too far from the Cipet Post. It is a bit of a maze back here near the HCL side, but we’ve managed to settle in. Most days start early with the sound of machines turning on and the smell of grease. We do technology work, but it’s more about the practical side of making things work than sitting in front of screens all day. The floor stays busy with people moving parts around and double-checking the specs on whatever we are building that week. It gets warm in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch or figure out why a particular piece isn't fitting right. We aren't a massive corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a workshop vibe where everyone knows each other’s names. You’ll see the staff grabbing lunch nearby or standing outside for a quick break. We handle a lot of different tech projects, depending on what the current needs are. It can be stressful when a machine breaks down, but we just get the tools out and fix it. That is just how life is in Cherlapalli. It’s hard work, but we like seeing the final products boxed up and ready to go.
