PC Doraswamy Developers Private Limited. Our office is at H No. 8-2-622/1/1/A3 in Classic Emerald. It’s on Road No. 10 in Banjara Hills. This part of town is pretty well-known and can get quite crowded during the day. Classic Emerald is one of those buildings that has been here for a bit. Our space is functional, just enough room for the team to sit and work through the daily tasks. We deal with property development, which involves a lot of back-and-forth with the city offices. Banjara Hills has its own pace, and we’ve adapted to it over the years. The office doesn't have any big signs, just a name on the door. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through documents. It’s a lot of practical work, not much for the cameras. Sometimes we have clients come in, and we just sit in the back room and talk. We try to keep things simple. No need for complicated talk when a plain explanation works better. The team is small, and we all know each other well. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get them finished on time. It’s a decent way to work, and being in a spot like this makes it easier to get around. We usually close up early on Saturdays to avoid the weekend traffic. That's about the long and short of it here.
