Pavani Shanthi Industries is tucked away at 48/23/1 in the Ida Kattedan area of Rajendranagar. If you’ve ever walked through Ida, you know how it is. There’s a lot of grease, noise, and people working in small units. Our place is no different. We have a small industrial space where we do our manufacturing. It’s not a clean or quiet environment. There’s usually the sound of machines running and the smell of metal or oil in the air. We’ve got the 500077 pin code. My team is small, just a handful of guys who have been here since we opened. We don't have a human resources department or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the shop floor. We don't spend money on brochures or big advertisements. Most of our work comes from other businesses in the area that need specific parts or services. It’s a practical way to live. We have our routine. We start early, have our lunch together, and try to get all the orders out by the evening. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole night fixing them. It’s not a polished corporate life. It’s just us working hard in Kattedan to keep the business going. We take things one day at a time and don't worry about much else.
