Pavan Foods

Pavan Foods is tucked away at Plot No.5/84/45 on Panjagutta Road. We are right in the middle of the Panjagutta Market area, very close to Nims Hospital. If you know the market, you know it’s always crowded and full of energy. That’s where we do all our work. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. Our shop is quite small, packed with all sorts of food items we prepare. It’s a family business at heart. We don’t have a fancy management structure; we just all pitch in where needed. Some days I’m the one cleaning the floors, and other days I’m handling the sales. We don’t spend money on advertising. People usually find out about us because they were already in the market or visiting the hospital. The humidity in the summers can be tough on our stock, so we have to be really careful about storage. We aren't trying to be the biggest food company in the city. We just want to make sure the people who buy from us are happy with what they get. Our shelves are usually a bit messy because we’re constantly moving things around. It’s a fast-paced environment, especially on weekends when the market is overflowing. We like the chaos of it, though. It feels real. We are just local people serving the community from our little corner near the hospital.
