PATEL PROJECTS LLP

Our office is on the first floor of Patel Chambers in East Maredpally. It’s an old-school part of Secunderabad and we like the vibe here. Patel Projects is a family-run sort of thing, or at least it feels that way because we’ve all worked together so long. We deal with various construction and development tasks day in and day out. The building we are in at 10-3-152/8 has been around for a while, and so have we. You’ll usually find a few of us huddled around a desk looking at some plans. It's not a place with glass walls or fancy furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. Dealing with projects in Telangana means you have to be ready for anything. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and different sites. There is always a lot of paperwork to file and permits to check on. It’s the kind of work that keeps you busy from morning until night. We don’t really do the whole corporate branding thing. We just tell people where we are and what we’re working on. Most of our day is spent making sure the guys on the ground have what they need. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up. If you come by Patel Chambers, you’ll see we’re just a regular bunch of people working hard. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy.
