Mostly we just have maps and some photos of our families. The people who work in this office have been around for years. We know each other’s kids and what we like to eat for lunch. It feels more like a small community than a big company. We just do the work, send out the cement, and hope the rain stays away when we are loading trucks. It is a basic, honest way to spend the day. Nothing more to it than that.
