Our workspace is in Flat No 402 at Srees Residency, located on Plot No 93 in Jayanagar Colony, Tirumalagiri. It’s a quiet residential part of Hyderabad. Pammis Tech And Management Careers is our company name. We focus on helping people find their way into tech and management roles. It’s not a big, flashy operation. We just have a flat that we use as an office. There are some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders full of resumes and course info. Tirumalagiri is a nice area, and we like being based here because it feels like a real neighborhood. We spend our days talking to people who want to improve their careers. It involves a lot of listening and looking at what skills they have. Sometimes it’s busy and we have people coming in all day, and other times it’s just us catching up on emails. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website team. We just do our work honestly and try to be helpful. Most of the people who come to us are just looking for a bit of guidance on what to study or where to apply for jobs. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve seen a lot of people move on to good positions. It’s rewarding in its own way, even if it’s just a small office in an apartment building where we make our own tea.
