Padspaces Llp

Our place is at Plot No 13 in Bhel Enclave, right on Akbar Road in Secunderabad. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve been here for a bit now. We call ourselves Padspaces Llp because we focus on living and working areas. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or driving out to check on how the construction is going. It isn't always pretty. There's usually a lot of dust and noise at our sites. In the office, it's just a small team. Everyone has to do a bit of everything here. I might be checking the accounts in the morning and then meeting with a contractor about bricks in the afternoon. That’s just how we run things. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people and try to get the jobs done right. Secunderabad is a place we know well. Akbar Road is familiar to us and we like being part of the local scene. Sometimes we just go to the small shops nearby for a quick lunch. It’s better than staying inside all day. We try to keep things simple. No need for complicated talk or high-pressure sales. We just want to build things that work for the people who will use them. It takes a lot of time and a lot of phone calls to get a project finished. But we stick with it through the long afternoons and the occasional setbacks. We’re just a local outfit trying to do right.
