Our office is up on the second floor at H.No. 8-2-277/13 in Ubi Colony. It’s a bit of a climb, but it’s where P S Rao Integrated Organic Farms Private Limited operates from. Being in Banjara Hills on Road No. 3 means there's always traffic outside, but inside we just try to keep things moving. We handle a lot of the farm planning and logistics from here. It’s not a farm itself, obviously, but this is the hub for everything we do elsewhere. We deal with seeds, soil talk, and talking to the folks who actually grow the stuff. The desk gets messy with papers and maps. We started this because we saw a need for better food and more traditional ways of growing. Sometimes the phones ring too much, and other days it's just us typing away. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything. It’s just a workspace with some chairs and a lot of files. We've been in this spot for a bit now. Most of the people around Ubi Colony know us as the farm guys in the office. It’s a practical setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the field workers. It’s not glamorous work, but someone has to do the coordinating. We just show up every morning and get through the list of things to do. It takes a lot of patience to get the organic side of things right.
