We are located in C M Arcade at Uma Bagh in the Nampally area. Our office covers several units from 4 through 7. Being right beside Medwin Hospital means it is a very busy part of Hyderabad. There is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. P Mangatram Developers Llp is a busy place too. We have got a fair amount of space here, but it is always filled with blueprints, material samples, and rows of files. Nampally has its own unique energy, and we are right in the thick of it. The building is a bit older, but it serves us well. We do not have any polished receptionists or fancy glass walls. It is just a workspace where we get things done. We spend a lot of time coordinating with contractors and checking on our various development sites. The noise from the street can be a bit much sometimes, but you get used to it after a while. We usually grab lunch from one of the many small eateries around here. There is a lot of history in this part of town, and it feels good to be working in such a central location. Our team is practical and we do not go in for much corporate talk. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure our projects are moving forward as they should. It is hard work, but we are used to the pace of Nampally. We like being right in the center of the city.
