Ozen Infratech India Private Limited is based in Preeti Apartments, number 40, in Surendra Nagar. It’s a residential area, so it’s fairly quiet, which is nice when we have to sit down and focus on technical drawings or cost estimates. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass building. We just have this one spot where we manage everything. The office is usually a bit of a mess with folders and equipment lying around, but we manage to find what we need eventually. We don't spend money on fancy marketing because we’d rather put that into our tools and our people. Most of our work comes from word of mouth anyway. People know where we are and that we’ll give them a straight answer without any fluff. Working in Surendra Nagar has its perks, like the local tea shop just around the corner where we usually end up talking about work even when we’re on a break. We take our jobs seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. There’s always something to fix or a problem to solve, and that’s what keeps us going. We’ve been at this for some time now and have gathered a lot of experience, mostly through trial and error. We're just regular folks doing the best we can with the projects we get. We don't really have much else to say, we just keep working and hope the results speak for themselves.
