Osi Consultant Pvt Ltd is situated at Hno 12 2 39 3 in the Sattar Residency building. We are specifically in Flat No 404 and 405 on the 5th floor. This is right in the middle of Mehdi Patnam, specifically the Migh Colony area of Hyderabad 500028. Being on the fifth floor is nice because we are away from most of the dust and some of the noise from the street below. The elevator in Sattar Residency is a bit slow sometimes, so we often just take the stairs if we are in a hurry, which is a good workout I guess. The office is pretty functional with desks and chairs scattered around. We have a view of the other rooftops in the colony from our windows. It gets bright in the afternoons, so we keep the blinds down most of the time. We are just a group of people trying to keep things organized. The colony is usually busy with people going to work or students moving around. It feels like a very lived-in neighborhood. We have our files stacked up and the computers running most of the day. There is no big reception area or anything like that. If you come up to the fifth floor, you just knock and we are right there. It is a straightforward place for us to do our consulting work without any extra fuss.
