We are over at Door Number 1-1-124, 15, in Sringeri Colony. There is a bit of a mix-up on some of the paperwork where it says Uttar Pradesh, but we are definitely here in the 500036 area. We spend our days working on development projects, mostly looking at land and figuring out how to build on it. Our office is pretty simple, just some desks and a lot of rolled-up blueprints in the corners. Sringeri Colony is a decent enough place to work, not too loud most of the time. We’ve got a small team and most of us have been in the building trade for years. It’s a lot of back and forth with contractors and waiting for permits to come through. It’s not the kind of work that happens overnight. We don't have a big fancy lobby or any marketing people. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Sometimes the weather slows things down on-site, and we just have to adjust the plans. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking on things. People in the area know us as the developers who have been around for a while. We just take it one building at a time and try to keep things moving. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. It’s not about being the biggest, just about getting the job done.
