Origin It Solutions is based out of the Vishnavi Shobha Apartments in Alakapuri. Most people in Saroornagar probably know where these flats are. It’s just a regular office space here in Hyd 35 where we handle computer and tech stuff for people who need help. We started this because there was a need for local IT support that didn't involve traveling halfway across Hyderabad. The apartment setting makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass buildings downtown. Usually, one of us is around to take a look at whatever hardware or software issue is acting up. It gets pretty busy sometimes, especially in the afternoons, but we try to keep things moving. We’ve been at this flat for a while now, dealing with all sorts of tech problems. Nothing fancy here, just some desks, computers, and a lot of cables. People stop by when their systems aren't working right or they need something set up. It’s a small team, so you usually talk to the same person every time you call or visit. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. It's just a practical workspace where the work gets done. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if the lift is being slow, but we're used to it. If you're looking for us, just find the Vishnavi Shobha building in Alakapuri and head to Flat Fi. We’re usually there from morning until evening working on different projects. It’s just how we do things here.
