Our base of operations is at Flat No 410 in Vedadri Towers. Being in an apartment complex in Hyderabad gives the office a very different vibe than a standard commercial building. It’s quieter, for one thing, and it feels more personal. We have been working out of this flat for several years now. When you walk in, it looks more like a workspace than a home, with desks lined up and whiteboards covered in scribbles. We do consultancy work, so there’s always a lot of debate and discussion going on. Sometimes we stay late when a project is particularly tricky, and we’ve definitely ordered a lot of biryani to this address over the years. The view from the fourth floor is alright, mostly just other buildings and the busy Hyderabad streets in the distance. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby; you just come straight in and find us working. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on helping organizations grow and change. We don't go in for fancy presentations or marketing talk. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through word of mouth. It’s a small, tight-knit group of us here, and we enjoy the simplicity of our setup in Vedadri Towers. It’s a good place to think and get things done. We just keep our heads down and focus on the problems that need solving today.
