Openfusion India is located right in the middle of the action at the T-Hub inside the IIIT-Hyderabad Campus in Gachibowli. It’s a very active place to be, surrounded by all sorts of other people trying to build things. Being on campus gives the whole place a bit of an academic feel, which we actually quite like. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. We're a smaller group that focuses on our specific area of tech. The commute into Gachibowli can be pretty rough during peak hours, but once we’re at our desks, things settle down. We spend a lot of time collaborating and just chatting through different ideas. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; whoever has the best fix for a problem is the one we listen to. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as they work. Sometimes we walk around the campus when we need a break from the computers. It helps to clear the head. We’ve been here for some time now, and while the city around us keeps growing and changing, we just stay focused on our daily tasks. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We don't put on any airs or try to seem bigger than we are.
