We are located over at Villa No-028 in the Aditya Fort View area of Manikonda. It is a quiet spot here in Puppalaguda. Most days, we just come in, get our coffee, and sit down at the computers to get through the list of things to do. The neighborhood has changed a lot lately, but our little corner remains pretty steady. We have been working from this villa for a while now. It feels more like a home than some sterile office building downtown. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. People sometimes ask what exactly we do with software, and we just tell them we handle the technical bits that keep things running. It isn't always exciting, but it is honest work. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why code isn't doing what it should. Hyderabad is a busy place, but being tucked away in Manikonda gives us a bit of peace. Sometimes we step outside for a break and just look at the street for a minute. There are a few of us here, and we have known each other for a good bit of time now. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs fixing. It works for us. We just keep our heads down and try to finish the tasks we started. That is pretty much how things go around here.
