Our office is located at Mig 5 6 in the 4th Phase of KPHB Colony in Hyderabad. It’s a busy residential and commercial mix around here. Onesource Intigriti Facility Managment Service is basically what we do every day, handling the stuff that keeps buildings and offices running. We have a lot of people coming in and out, staff members checking in before they head to their assigned sites. It’s a bit of a hub of activity. The furniture is mostly basic office stuff, nothing too comfortable, but it works for what we need. Since we deal with facility management, we are always worried about things like cleaning supplies, security schedules, and maintenance issues. Venu Gopal P started this, and we just keep it going from this spot in KPHB. The colony is quite big, so we often have to give detailed directions over the phone so people don't get lost in the phases. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist who gives you water in a glass. Usually, you just walk in and find someone at a desk. We spend most of our time coordinating with teams across the city. It’s hard work and it isn't always glamorous, but it keeps us busy. We like the neighborhood because everything is close by, even if the parking is a nightmare sometimes. We just try to keep things organized for our clients without making a big fuss.
