SY 55/E in Nanakramguda is where you will find us. One Aim Developers LLP has been operating out of this part of Serilingampally for a bit now. The area in Ranga Reddy is changing so fast it is hard to keep up sometimes. Every time I look out the window there is a new building going up or a road being widened. Our office is a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but that is just part of the job I guess. We have these heavy filing cabinets that are overflowing with permits and site plans. Usually, the air conditioner struggles when it gets really hot in the afternoon so we keep the windows shut tight. Sometimes we go out to the small shop down the road for snacks when the meetings run too long. It is a group of about ten of us mostly. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site maps spread out on the big table. Nanakramguda gets really crowded during rush hour so most of us try to leave early or stay late to miss the worst of it. It is a straightforward place to work and we don't bother much with decorations. Just some calendars on the wall and a few chairs that have seen better days. It works for what we need to do every day here. We just try to stay organized among all the paperwork.
