We are based in the Satguru Commerc building in Basheerbagh. Omkar Real Estate Developers Private Limited takes up rooms 307 and 308 on the 3rd floor. Basheerbagh is a busy part of Hyderabad, so there’s always something going on outside. The office isn’t huge, but it works for what we need. We spend our time working on real estate development projects. It means a lot of checking on local rules and making sure things are being built correctly. It’s a lot of back and forth with different departments. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do decent work that lasts. Sometimes things get delayed, and that’s frustrating for everyone, but we try to deal with it as it comes. The 500029 area is pretty central. We’ve been around here for a bit. There’s a lot of coffee being drank in this office to keep us going through the long afternoons. It’s just us doing the daily grind of real estate. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We build and we develop. That’s about it. If you need us, we’re usually here at our desks or out on a site visit somewhere in Telangana. Most of the time we are just looking at maps and worrying about deadlines. It is not very exciting but it is what we know.
