OMEZ SHELTERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re based in Madhapur, specifically in the My Home Abhra complex. Our office is Flat Number B-1302. Being up on the 13th floor gives us a pretty good view of the Hitech City area, which is always changing. OMEZ SHELTERS is a small group of us working out of this apartment. Madhapur is the heart of the tech scene here in Hyderabad, so the traffic outside is almost always a mess. We try to schedule our meetings around the peak hours if we can. The office itself is pretty comfortable. We have some chairs, a big table for meetings, and plenty of coffee. It’s a professional enough space, but it still feels a bit like a home since it’s in a residential tower. We spend most of our time dealing with housing and shelter projects, so there are always lots of folders and documents lying around. The elevators in this building are pretty fast, which is a relief when you’re running late. We have a lot of neighbors who are also running small businesses or working from home, so there’s a nice community feel to the floor. It’s not a traditional corporate office with a front desk or a lobby. It’s just us in B-1302, working through our lists and taking calls. It works well for us because we’re right in the middle of where all the development is happening.
