We have been operating out of this area for quite some time now. It is a local spot where we handle all sorts of consulting and recruitment work. The office is not some fancy corporate suite. It is a practical space where we sit and work through the stuff that needs doing. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about their careers and helping companies find the right people to hire. It is not always glamorous, and some days are long, but we enjoy the process. Yousufguda is a lively part of town, so there is always a bit of energy around the office. We are not big on making promises we cannot keep. We just do the work and see what happens. Our team is small, so you usually end up talking to the same person twice. We think that is better than being passed around a big call center. The building itself is just a regular one in the neighborhood. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on doing a decent job so people come back or tell their friends. It is a simple way to run things and it keeps us busy.
