Oia Technologies Private Limited

We’re Oia Technologies Private Limited and our office is up in the Lodha Bellezza complex in Kukatpally. Specifically, we are at 3400, 5A in Phase 4. It’s a pretty big place, and sometimes it takes a while just to get through the gates and up the elevator. KPHB Colony is a massive area, and being here puts us right in the thick of it. We aren't a typical corporate office with cubicles and strict rules. We’re a bit more informal than that. Our team works on various tech projects, and we usually have a lot of different things going on at once. Since we are in a residential-style complex, it feels a bit more comfortable than a standard office building. We have a nice view of the city from up here, which is a good distraction when the work gets a bit heavy. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations about our goals. We just come in, sit down at our desks, and get to work on the software or hardware we’re dealing with that day. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, but we enjoy the challenge. There’s always plenty of snacks in the kitchen and someone usually has some music playing quietly. We’re just a group of people who like technology and decided to make a business out of it here in Hyderabad. We’ve been here for a while now and the location works well for the team.
