Our office is located in Banjara Hills, specifically at Flat 402 in Vansh Residency on Road Number 11. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads around here. OFTOG CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED has been operating from this location for some time now. We are basically a group of people who handle various construction projects across Hyderabad. It isn't a massive corporate operation with hundreds of employees; we are more of a dedicated team that stays focused on the jobs we have at hand. Working out of an apartment-style office works well for us because it keeps things simple and we can actually talk to each other without too much noise. We spend a lot of our time looking at site plans or talking to vendors. Construction is a messy business, but the office side of it requires a lot of sitting around and making sure the numbers and the schedules match up. Sometimes we have clients come over to the residency to chat about their plans, and other times we are out at the actual sites seeing how the brickwork or the concrete is coming along. Banjara Hills is a central place to be, which makes it easier to reach different parts of the city when we need to. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just show up, do the planning, and try to make sure the buildings get finished as they should. It’s just how we work.
