Odds On Kids

Our shop, Odds On Kids, is right near the Zairafa Hotel in Chanchalguda, specifically at D.No.16-3-855. It’s a busy little area with a lot of people moving around from morning until night. We mostly carry things for children, so the shop is usually full of bright colors and piles of small clothes. It can get pretty messy when parents bring their kids in and things get pulled off the shelves, but that’s just part of the daily routine here. We try to keep things sorted by age, but by the late afternoon, everything is usually a bit out of place. We’ve been in this part of Chanchalguda for quite some time now and know the area well. The building is older, and sometimes the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but it keeps us cool enough. We aren't trying to be one of those expensive boutiques you see in the fancy parts of the city. We just have practical stuff that kids actually need for school or playing outside in the dirt. My sister helps me out on the weekends when it gets really crowded with shoppers. We know most of the families who live around here by name. Sometimes people just stop in to chat even if they aren't looking to buy anything. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws, but inside we just focus on helping whoever walks in. It’s a simple way to make a living and we enjoy seeing the kids grow up over the years.
