Ochre Media Pvt Ltd is located in the Kacheguda area of Hyderabad, at Dr No 3 4 376 13 in Basanth Colony. It’s a busy part of town, and the energy outside usually matches the energy inside our office. Media work can be pretty frantic, so our workspace often looks like a bit of a disaster zone with papers, magazines, and computer cables everywhere. We aren’t trying to win any awards for office design; we just need a place where the team can sit down and get the job done. The heat in Hyderabad can be pretty brutal, so we spend a lot of time making sure the AC is actually working properly. We’ve been in Basanth Colony for a while now, and it’s a good spot because there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick meal when we’re working late. We don't have a big corporate structure with lots of managers. It’s mostly just us talking across the desks and figuring things out as we go. We handle a lot of different projects, and sometimes it feels like we are juggling ten things at once. We don’t use a lot of fancy talk with our clients, we just tell them what’s possible and what isn't based on what we see. It’s a straightforward way of doing business that seems to work for everyone involved. We just keep our heads down and produce the work.
